Cancel a subscription

  • Log in to your PayFast account.
  • Navigate to Transactions > Customer Subscriptions.
  • Under Subscriptions history, retrieve the subscription that you would like to cancel.
  • Under the Action column click “…” and select Cancel subscription.
  • Click Cancel.
