- Find the bot @MunicipalReportBOT (Goto Contacts and search for it)
- Tap to open (Click on START if required to initialize comms with BOT)
- Send command /report to the bot.
Report
The bot will ask details about the issue experienced and submit it via a third party to the Municipality.
