This is a stand-alone BOT created to BAN users that posts messages groups containing URL links without being an admin.

Why

We have found that there are users on Telegram that sends URL links to groups on Telegram to advertise and promote their groups or products.
The aim of this BOT is to check and BAN these users from posting messages containing links to websites/other groups if they are NOT an admin.

How

Add the @WeblinkRemoverBOT to an existing group on Telegram and make it a ADMIN, it will then scan all posts made by users and if a URL is found in a message AND that user IS NOT an admin the post will be removed and the user BANNED from the group.
