This is a stand-alone BOT created to BAN users that add BOTs to groups without being an admin.
Why
We have found that there are users on Telegram that add BOTs to groups these BOTs then scan the groups and make lists of users that then use to add users to other "spam" groups.
The aim of this BOT is to check and BAN these users from adding BOTs to groups they are NOT an admin on.
How
Add the @FellaDeleterBOT to an existing group on Telegram and make it a ADMIN, it will then scan all new users being added to the group if it finds someone adding a BOT to the group and that user IS NOT an admin the BOT will be removed and the user BANNED from the group.
