The NP Tracker Telegram BOT is designed to allow fast and accurate vehicle registration lookups. It is an essential tool for:

Whether verifying a suspicious vehicle or confirming details from a license disk, the bot provides critical information to aid in crime detection and prevention.
How to Use the NPTrackerBOT
Accessing the BOT
- Locate the bot on Telegram by searching for @NPTrackerBOT in Contacts.
- Tap to open and click START if prompted to initialize communication with the bot.
Performing Lookups
The bot supports multiple input methods to check a vehicle registration:
- Text Lookup: Send the vehicle registration as plain text.
- Image ANPR: Send a photo containing the registration; the bot will perform Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and run a check.
- License Disk Barcode: Send an image of the vehicle license disk barcode; the bot will decode it and run the lookup.
- Wildcard Search: Use a question mark (?) as a placeholder for unknown characters in the registration number.
Results Provided
The NPTrackerBOT cross-references the vehicle registration number against several databases:
- NP Tracker National Suspect and Suspicious Vehicle Database
- NPS-VCR Vehicle Database: Provides make, model, and color details.
- NPS-LAW Sought Vehicle List: (Access requires vetting. Use /auth to submit verification, including a photo of the license disk or number plate.)
- Linked NPS-CLOUD Private Hotlists
If the plate is flagged, the bot will generate a Vehicle Lookout Report. Additionally, if more than three independent users have inquired about the same plate, the system will notify you.
