The aim of this BOT is to check and BAN these users from posting messages containing links to websites/other groups if they are '''NOT''' an admin.<br>
=How=
Add the [https://t.me/WeblinkRemoverBOT @WeblinkRemoverBOT] to an existing group on Telegram and make it a '''ADMIN''', it will then scan all posts made by users and if a URL is found in a message '''AND''' that user '''IS NOT''' an admin the post will be removed and the user BANNED from the group.
